What personal data we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, optional phone number and a hashed password.
- Learning data: the lessons you complete, your weekly goal, your streak and your path-finder answers.
- Payment records: program, amount, reference and status. Card and bank details are entered on Paystack and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: device and browser type for your session list, and basic usage events that help us improve the product.
Why we use it
To run your account, deliver the lessons you paid for, confirm payments, keep the service secure, and understand which parts of the product are working.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate: payment processing (Paystack), hosting and database providers, and video hosting. [List final providers and their countries before launch]. We do not sell your personal data.
Keeping it safe
Passwords are hashed, sessions can be revoked, and access to administrative tools is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Your choices
You can update your details and delete your account from Settings. Deleting anonymises your personal details and removes your learning progress. Payment and enrolment records are retained for accounting and legal reasons, without being linked to you by name.
